The pool is open from 06:00 until 22:00, with last admission at 21:30. Children (aged 4 to 15) may use the pool from 09:00 until 19:00.

From 12:00 on February 5, 2024 to all day on February 7, 2024, the Executive Lounge will be available for service in a separate venue.

Due to a mandatory periodic electrical inspection of the building, a temporary electrical outage will be expected from 0:30 am to 4:30 am on January 14, 2025 and January 20, 2025.

In addition, the swimming pool will be temporarily closed for the annual maintenance work during the following period.

Pool closure: From 6:00 am on Tuesday, January 14 to 3:00 pm on Saturday, January 18, 2025.

What was the highlight of Conrad Tokyo
Treat yourself, especially if you like to swim laps
Proper lux hotel with spacious high-end room. The 25m pool was great for laps, with lovely clean water. Close to trains, or only a short walk into Ginza. Hamarikyu park across the road is nice too.
The crowd at the bar and restaurants were a bit to upmarket and uptight for my taste. Also there's not much of a 'high street' vibe outside around Shiodome, and you need to walk to access anything fun.

A luxurious and smart end to the holiday, with staggering views
Lovely rooms, although we were not on the imperial garden /bay side so not a brilliant view. Lots of space, well-appointed with every conceivable amenity and a lovely bathroom. Staff organised early-morning taxis vey efficiently. There is fabulous swimming pool on the 26/27th floor - bring your swimming cap. Staggering views on the south-western side for afternoon tea or the bar. The staff were helpful and very pleasant.
We would have preferred the other view but it seems to churlish to complain.

A perfect end to a wonderful holiday! Was so glad we chose the Conrad to end our trip!
The view from the lobby and restaurants and room were incredible. The pool was just beautiful and 25m! perfect for a proper swim. The food far exceeded our expectations in restaurants and the bar. Great breakfast, beautiful rooms and great service from all the staff
It is not cheap, but was well worth it!
